Laundry Retail Counter Staff

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Counter Staff to help us provide the best in market customer service experience. You should be independent, neat and proactive in managing a Retail Shop on your own. 

Job Description: 

  • Carry out daily shop operation and duties.
  • Manage and ensure the cleanliness of shop
  • Follow the job process as stated in the Laundry Procedures.
  • Ensure all cash and credit card payments received are accurate and tally with the daily cashier report

Preferred Skills / Experience:

  • Good command of English in both verbal and written communication.
  • Confident with a pleasant disposition and well-groomed.
  • A friendly personality and meticulous working attitude.
  • Able to work independently.
  • 3 -5 years of retail sales experience preferred

Working Hours: 

Full Time:

  • 5 days work week with flexible 2 off days per week
  • Average day: 11 hours with a 1 hour lunch break
  • Required to work on Sat, Sun & PHs

Part Time:

  • 2 – 4 days per week, full day shifts
  • Average day: 11 hours with a 1 hour lunch break 
  • Required to work on Sat, Sun & PHs
Delivery & Collection Driver

We’re looking for a responsible and physically able Delivery & Collection Driver to collect and deliver garments for our outlets. You should be independent, punctual and responsible in managing your delivery routes and customer relationships.  

Job Description: 

  • Able to carry heavy load and load clean laundry into vehicle
  • Handle POS and scan all orders when loading laundry
  • Deliver clean laundry to outlet on regular route 
  • Plan home delivery route and ensure timely delivery of clean laundry to customer’s home 
  • Deliver corporate customer laundry
  • Keep and ensure vehicle is clean, tidy and presentable

Preferred Skills / Experience:

  • Able to carry heavy load.
  • Singapore Class 3 Driving License required.
  • A friendly personality and hardworking attitude.
  • 3 – 5 years of Laundry/ Goods driver experience preferred.

Working Hours: 

  • 6 days work week (excluding Sun & PHs)
  • Mondays – Saturdays: 8am – 5pm 
Seamstress

We’re looking for a meticulous Seamstress with relevant experience to provide tailoring and alteration services. You should be skillful in sewing techniques, meticulous and careful in handling garments and take pride in your finished sewing products.

Job Description: 

  • Perform mending and sewing works on walk-in customers
  • Perform alteration and charge pricing for walk-in requests
  • Inspecting items and ensuring that garments are in good condition
  • Carry out all other duties assigned by office

Preferred Skills / Experience:

  • Able to exhibit and perform good sewing and alteration techniques such as shortening, mending tears & replacing zippers
  • Able to operate industrial sewing equipment
  • Excellent organizational skills with eye for detail
  • Have a hardworking attitude
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities timely and efficiently 
  • Prior experience as a seamstress would be an advantage

Working Hours: 

  • 5 days work week (excluding Sat, Sun & PHs)
  • Mondays – Fridays: 9am – 6pm 
Customer Service & Operations Executive

We’re looking for a helpful and customer-oriented Customer Service & Operations Executive. You should have an excellent ability to multitask, work independently and have the initiative to solve problems on a daily basis. 

Job Description: 

  • Ensure the smooth handling of communications of defects to customers
  • Tackle general complaints and issues raised by customers independently
  • Address and answer customer inquiries through calls, whatsapp and live chat on a timely basis
  • Coordinate and ensure that all retail counter staffs logistic needs are addressed
  • Coordinate delivery requests from customers with drivers 
  • Ensure all outstanding operational issues are well followed up

Preferred Skills / Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service setting
  • Excellent organizational skills with eye for detail
  • Able to multitask and work on multiple tasks at the same time
  • Have good telephone etiquette and is able to communicate well  

Working Hours: 

  • 5.5 days work week (excluding Sun & PHs)
  • Mondays – Fridays: 8am – 5pm 
  • Saturdays: 8am – 12pm
