Data Deletion Instructions

If you wish to delete your Presto Drycleaners account and associated personal data, please follow the steps below.


1) Send a Data Deletion Request (Email)
Email: support@prestodrycleaners.com.sg
 Subject: Data Deletion Request (Presto Drycleaners)
Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Mobile number used with your Presto account
  • Email address linked to your account (if different from the sender)
  • Optional: recent order numbers / outlet used (to help us locate your record)
  • A clear statement requesting deletion of your account and associated personal data

2) Identity Verification
For your security, we may request additional information (e.g., a one-time code to your email/phone or recent order details) to verify the requestor’s identity matches the account owner.

3) What Will Be Deleted
Upon successful verification, we will delete (or anonymise) your account profile and personal data that we are not required to retain for legal, regulatory, or business-record purposes.

4) Legal/Record-Keeping Exceptions
Certain records (e.g., tax, billing, or transaction records) may need to be retained for a period required by applicable laws and regulations. These will be securely stored and isolated from routine use, and kept only for as long as necessary.

5) Acknowledgement & Timeline
We will acknowledge your request and strive to complete the deletion within 30 days where feasible. If additional time is required due to complexity or volume, we will update you on the status.
