Our Standard Service for our Laundry Pick Up Service is 6 working days, excluding the day of drop off. (Public Holidays and Sundays are not included as a working day).

You may contact us via Whatsapp, Telephone Call, or Online book to schedule for your collection and delivery.

Our driver will issue you the receipt with the total payable amount based on the items that you have provided upon collection.

Payment can be made either by Cash, Paynow or Credit Card* to our driver directly upon collection.

For Credit Card Payments, please download our Presto App and link your credit card to enable it!

Yes, there is a minimum spend amount of $50 applicable for each collection service.

For CBD/Sentosa Pick up locations, an additional $30 will be added to your bill.

Yes, you may cancel or reschedule your appointment with us, at least 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellations will be subjected to a cancellation fee.

We will appreciate if you could call or whatsapp us to inform us of any last minute changes to your confirmed appointments.

We will wash, dry and pack your neatly folded clothing items into a transparent carrier. Please take note that ironing is not provided for loadwash service
