The service is good as usual.Laundry washes clean. All instruction on garment care followed. And you know what, Ivy surprises me. She knows which laundry I am collecting. That is what I call building a good customer relationship.

Great service, very polite, and most importantly, effective. Restored a white dress shirt that had a collar stained yellow with moisture and neglect. It is now pristine. Unblemished. Prelapsarian. I am very impressed!

Ivy was so helpful and helped me remove the hooks off the curtains with me, even though she did not have to.
Service was professional and efficient. I was informed it would take 5 working days (which was ok) - to my surprise, it was ready to collect 3 days after I dropped it off! When collected, it was so nicely folded and packaged. Everything was clean and came back as though it was brand new.
The pricing here is very transparent as well. It may be a bit out of the way for me to send my curtains here to J8 to dry clean as I live a few MRT stops away, but the service and professionalism of Presto Drycleaners is so much more better than others near me that I checked - so I'm happy to travel down here when I need more things to dry clean!
